The success of our Company is created by people. An integrated and creative team, for which one of the most important values is cooperation and common hammering out of solutions of the highest quality.
Who are we ?
We operate in the HRM field, support personnel departments of Companies that make use of our ideas, tools and solutions. We are a team of Consultants that develop their own competences with passion and help others in this process.
What is not our domain, but …
We do not realize recruitment projects, which objective is to recruit the candidates, but ... we support recruitment processes in one of their final stages, i.e. competency, motivation and development potential evaluation.
We do not have an extensive offer of trainings, but … we are glad to organize developmental workshops for groups that want to learn from us, what we can do best (workshops for assessors, people providing feedback, teams that design competence management models and realize individual developmental plans).

What is the scope of our activity ?
Employees’ Competence Assessment and Development is the key area of our activity.
We offer services related with development and implementation of competence management systems. We create a comprehensive methodology and tools for competence assessment and development.
We specialize in realization of competence evaluation with Assessment Centre and 360 Degree Feedback.
These processes are oriented towards talent identification, analysis of developmental needs, creation of individual career paths and developmental plans for groups of employees. We design and implement recruitment procedures.
2008 in numbers
Last year was a time of dynamic growth in diverse areas of our Company’s activities. We have significantly extended the portfolio of our Customers, the scope of provided services and also our Team.
In December 2008 the portfolio of Clients, with which we had a chance to cooperate consisted of around 50 Companies.
Over 700 people participated in the Assessment/Development Centre sessions that we realized last year (over 2000 people since the establishment of the Company). In 2008 we realized over 20 editions of 180/360 Degree Feedback, and within the framework of these projects more than 650 managers were provided with feedback.
