2003 – The beginning of the idea
We can say that the beginning of the idea to establish our Company appeared for the first time in June 2003, together with the idea of integrating and making use of our experiences in realization of HR projects, extensive social surveys, training and academic teaching in one common undertaking. The decision was confirmed on the 25th of August 2003 by our joint statement, where we determined the general vision of Company’s profile and the objectives for the first year of its functioning. Since then, the less or more intensive preparations for implementation of the idea began.
On this stage, the selection of the name that would accurately reflect our plans, was the greatest challenge…
2004 – The establishment of the Company
Why RESOLUTIO? This world, taken from Latin, means solution. We wanted the name of the Company, in spite of the general tendency of our sector to choose English names, to reflect our functioning profile - also unique and different from other personnel consulting Companies. From the very moment when the idea of establishing the Company emerged, we were motivated by the assumption that we will search for a niche for our activity. And we found such an area, namely competence assessment and development, and we resigned from the activity in the field of recruitment and trainings.
Why „Solution”? Because the important dimension of building relations with our Clients, is not only promotion and sales of ready-to-use products, but collective hammering out of solutions. Solutions that require our constant development, improvement and broadening of knowledge. Solutions, which are the most accurate answer to the real needs of our Clients and at the same time, comply with key ethical standards of our profession.
We have based our main values, concerning the approach to realized activities, on such guidelines as: Knowledge and Professionalism, Flexibility and Ethics..
Formally RESOLUTIO was established on 16th of April 2004, when the entry in the National Court Register was made. In July 2004, our first office started to operate at 2/82 Gdanska St. in Warsaw, in September we were a team of three, and one more person joined us in November 2004. We launched our first website in early October. Our first project, realized under the name of RESOLUTIO, was the 360 Degree Feedback of management for a Client, with which we cooperate up until today.
2005 – Little stabilization
The years 2004 and 2005 were dedicated primarily to projects of competence assessment and creation of individual development plans for members of internal developmental projects for one of our key Accounts. Additionally, we were realizing opinion and satisfaction surveys. During that period a special internet platform was created to facilitate realization of 360 Degree Feedbacks and opinion and satisfaction surveys online. It is constantly being developed and updated up until today.
2006 – Great challenges
The year 2006 was a landmark in the history our Company, that was when we successfully realized (at the same time initiating a fruitful cooperation that lasts up until today) the first large Development Centre project involving over 500 participants. The project was divided into two stages – spring and autumn 2006. To comply with the requirements of the project, our team was extended by a large group of assessors – external collaborators. This team, comprising of 20 professionals, is constantly supporting us in realization of larger projects. In autumn 2006, our six-person team moved to a new, bigger office, located at 2/57 Gdańska St. in Warsaw.
2007 – Changes and development
2007 was the year of great changes – we employed new members of our permanent consultants team. We realized further competence assessment and employees satisfaction survey projects. The portfolio of our Clients is constantly expanding, we primarily support Companies from the financial sector, manufacturing industry and chain sales structures. In autumn, due to the increased demand of bigger office space of our growing team, we had to change the location again. The new office is still located at Gdańska St. (this time local no. 67) – you can find us here also today.
2008 - Growth
This is a time of a dynamic growth in diverse areas of out activity. We
significantly extended the portfolio of our Clients, the scope of offered
In December 2008 the portfolio of Clients that we have collaborated with,
reached around 50 Companies. During the last year 736 people participated in our Assessment/Development
Centre sessions (more than 2000 people since our Company was established).
In 2008 we realized 20 editions of 180/360 Degree Feedback and we
provided feedback for 605 managers.
The key to our success is a highly competent, qualified and constantly developing Team.
Currently our Team comprises of 12 people – two owners, also engaged in realization of the projects as consultants (Sabina Nikodemska, Michał Janiszewski), four senior consultants (Alicja Czarnecka, Grzegorz Popłoński, Marzena Sadowska-Kawka, Katarzyna Pazdan), three consultants (Joanna Kędzierska, Agnieszka Kajzer, Karolina Sosin), junior consultant (Mateusz Balcerzak), office assistant (Beata Amanowicz-Bednarek) and a trainee (Magdalena Bukowska). The Team is supported by a vast group of external assessors. We regularly organize placements for young people that are at the beginning of their adventure with HR.
