Justyna Subczyńska-Papuda
President of the Management Board
Justyna graduated from International Political and Economic Relations and Management and Marketing, as well as postgraduate studies in Human Resources. She completed PhD studies in Organization Management at Warsaw School of Economics. In RESOLUTIO she is responsible for operational management of the company, strategy planning and setting directions for the company's business development. She is responsible for sales processes and business performance indicators. She provides substantive input in preparation and implementation of complex projects in the field of HR consulting. She has extensive experience as a project manager and consultant.
Justyna Parzniewska
Director of the Content Team, member of the Management Board
Justyna graduated from Psychology (SWPS), specializing in business psychology. She also graduated from Linguistics (Jagiellonian University) and postgraduate studies in Management and Marketing (University of Economics in Katowice). She has extensive experience as an assessor, trainer, coach and consultant. Her passion is to support the development of employees both through identification of their competencies and conducting workshops and coaching sessions. At RESOLUTIO, she supervises substantive aspects of projects carried out by the company and develops methodologies and tools.
Marcjanna Przychocka
Cooperating Consultant, Trainer, Coach
Marcjanna is a psychologist (Psychology Department at the Jagiellonian University). She has been working with RESOLUTIO since 2008. She deals with methodology building, competence assessment and delivers complex feedback after AC|DC and 360-degree assessment (in Polish and English). She also conducts trainings for feedback providers, plans and supports the development of managerial competencies. She has several years of experience in diagnostic, therapeutic and developmental work with families and youth (Gestalt Institute, Psychological Counselling Center, Krakow Therapy Center).
Ewa Tarkiewicz
Cooperating Consultant
Ewa graduated from Management and Marketing with specialization in mediation and facilitation (Warsaw University) and Human Resources Management (Warsaw School of Economics). Supporting others in their development is her passion. In the course of her professional career, she has dealt with recruitment, onboarding, people and organisation development, employee assessment and talent management. As part of her development activities, she has conducted a number of training courses, including MBTI and soft skills development training. Her current focus is supporting development of organizations and employees. She is involved in consulting projects related to building competence models and diagnosing competencies, she participates in AC/DC sessions and online survey processes.
Agata Latusek
Content Team Manager
Agata is a psychologist, coach and personal advisor. She graduated from Psychology at Adam Mickiewicz University and completed postgraduate studies in Professional Coaching - methods and practice. Since 2010, she has dealt with assessment and development of competencies, supporting both employees in achieving professional goals, overcoming problems, as well as managers in building effective and committed teams. At RESOLUTIO, she manages the work of the content team, ensures that projects are carried out in accordance with the Clients’ needs. She also acts as an assessor and provides feedback, supporting participants of ADC and 360-degree sessions in building development plans.
Monika Skakuj
HR Project Coordinator
Monika graduated from Psychology with a specialization in organisational and work psychology (UW). She gained experience in recruitment and talent development in internal HR departments. At RESOLUTIO she is in charge of coordinating 360 degree Feedback, BOiSP and Assessment and Development Center projects. She also prepares and leads Escape Room assessment sessions. Monika supervises the preparation and implementation of the subsequent stages of the process and supervises the work of project teams. She also organizes feedback sessions and prepares reports summarizing individual and group results.
Katarzyna Czarnołęcka
HR Project Coordinator
Kasia studied Management with a specialisation in organisational consulting (UW) and Tourism and Recreation (AWF). She gained her first professional experience as a researcher and headhunter in a personnel consulting agency. In RESOLUTIO she coordinates AC|DC, 360-degree assessment and BOiSP projects. She makes sure that the processes run smoothly, acts as an administrator of AC|DC sessions and conducts technical trainings for participants of on-line processes. She also organizes AC|DC pilot tasks and supervises the process of creating assessment tools. Kasia supports the process summaries by organizing feedback sessions and preparing individual and collective reports.
Kamila Dessoulavy-Ossowska
HR Consultant
Kamila is a Psychology graduate, specializing in occupational and stress psychology. In RESOLUTIO she coordinates Assessment and Development Center projects at all stages and manages the assessor's calendar. She participates in sessions as an assessor, writes reports and gives feedback. Kamila co-manages the training courses preparing for the role of an assessor, supports the organization of AC|DC pilot tasks and recruitment of associate consultants.
Agnieszka Motyl
Junior Reporting Specialist
Agnieszka graduated from National Security with a specialization in secutity and national defense (at the National Defence University - AON). At RESOLUTIO, she carries out on-line questionnaire surveys, including 360-degree feedback, sales performance, opinion and satisfaction surveys and appraisals of development potential. She prepares and processes databases, performs quantitative analysis. Agnieszka also develops individual and group reports, summary materials, and various Excel tools.
Dominika Naduk
Assistant in the Content Team
Dominika studied Management, with a specialisation in International Human Resource Management at the Vistula University of Finance and Business. In RESOLUTIO Team she deals with organizational and logistic support of Assessment / Development Center sessions. She takes care of high standards of the 360 degree feedback processes and arranges feedback meetings.
Marlena Kalinowska
Business Development Specialist
Marlena holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University with a specialisation in management and local development. At RESOLUTIO, she is responsible for sales and marketing. Together with her team, she takes care of the Clients' needs at the stage of defining challenges, searching and selecting solutions as well as preparing offers. She supports the development of HR tools, plans, coordinates and implements marketing activities and is responsible for communication in Social Media.
